Property Manager

Property Manager is fully accountable for all day to day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property. Manager must accomplish the property objectives set forth by Regional Manager, Broker, and Owner. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and property values. In addition, Manager will train, educate, and instruct office staff on completing day to day functions involved property management. 

Service Manager

Service Manager will assist Property Manager with overall maintenance operation of the property and work with maintenance staff to control and oversee maintenance program. Responsibilities will include but not limited to assisting, supporting, and training staff, addressing all maintenance issues and repairs, assisting in capital projects and renovations as well as monitoring budget compliance. Must be a “hands-on” maintenance person with a strong work ethic. 

Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager will assist the Manager in effectively managing the assigned property. In the Manager’s absence, the assistant manager will assume all responsibilities associated with accomplishing property objectives set forth by Regional Manager, Broker, and Owner. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and property values. In addition, Assistant Manager will be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting of rents and deposits while assisting with the leasing, marketing, and resident relations for the property.

Service Technician

Service Technician will maintain the day-to-day operations and assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Service Manager and/or Property Manager. Various hands-on, intense manual labor responsibilities will include but are not limited to apartment make ready, market ready inspection, HVAC troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, fixture installations, plumbing troubleshooting, pool maintenance and repair, carpentry and minor construction, drywall repair, vinyl  and carpet repair, appliance repair, etc.  

Groundskeeper

Groundskeeper / Porter is responsible for upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal. Upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, but not limited to. The Groundskeeper / Porter will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the community in an efficient manner.

Housekeeper

Housekeeper is responsible for upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal. Upkeep of grounds, clubhouse and leasing office, but not limited to. The Housekeeper will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the community in an efficient manner.
